We are having ongoing issues with the DVD player not playing properly and have taken into the dealership and they’ve done little to nothing to repair it or replace the entire system. This has been going on for over a year.The BCR (Battery Cable Reset) procedure worked for my 2010 Honda Pilot Touring with 2WD/Navigation. The radio/CD and the AC had both been intermittently updating the display. The CD/radio controls were also intermittently working. A/C temp adjustments were slow to be displayed as well. The display finally went completely blank and nothing ...Sit in the driver's seat with the key and fob. Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "On" position without starting the engine. Press the "LOCK" button on your key fob and hold it for one second. Turn the key to the "Off" position. Repeat the process two more times.

The knob should pull off. In the hole you should see a tiny light bulb and to the left a black micro switch. With the key on, push the micro switch. Your radio should power on.
