Dead spot on CUE screen. So the first problem I have ever had with this car just occurred. Dead center on the bottom of the screen there is about an inch of dead touch screen. Have your dealer set up a technical case with XM/Sirrius, and they will get it corrected. They were able to fix the XTS within a day. It's most likely the root cause of the AC issue, or a faulty interconnect, -if you're lucky. Check all CUE-related fuses first.
